Regulation Commission announces that the application for the June 6 to 8, 2020
Licensure Examination for Criminologists is ongoing until March 31, 2020.
Requirements for new/first-time
and repeater applicants are:
1. Original
and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks, “For
Board Examination Purposes”;
2. Original
and photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate in security paper. Submit a copy of Birth Certificate from Local
Civil Registrar if PSA/NSO copy is not legible
3. Original
and photocopy of PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate in security paper. Submit a copy from Local Civil Registrar if
PSA/NSO copy is not legible (for married female applicants only);
4. Regional
Trial Court Clearance (valid until the last day of examination);
5. NBI
Clearance (valid until the last day of examination);
6. Three
(3) Certificate of Good Moral Character from the following (valid until the
last day of examination):
i. Barangay
ii. Church
iii. Dean
of School
iv. Employer
7. One
(1) piece RECENT passport-sized colored picture in plain white background with
complete name tag (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name);
8. Any
valid government-issued ID as competent proof of identity or Community Tax
Certificate (Cedula); and
9. Documentary
stamps with total face value of Php30.00;
Pursuant to PRC
Resolution No. 1210 dated November 25, 2019, filling of application, including
the submission of all the supporting documents at the Central and Regional
Offices shall be within the period indicated in the schedule. The deadline for filling of application is
final and shall be strictly implemented; hence no extension shall be
entertained or considered, except when deadlines fall on legal or regular holidays
and non-working holidays. In the said case,
the deadline shall be automatically moved onto immediately succeeding working
day.
