QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CHEMICAL TECHNICIANS EXAMINATION


The Professional Regulation Commission Cordillera Administrative Region announces that graduates of hereunder courses are allowed to take the Licensure Examination for Chemical Technicians pursuant to a Memorandum issued by the Professional Regulatory Board of Chemistry dated August 19, 2019:
  1. BS Chemical Engineering
  2. BS Chemistry
  3. BS Pharmacy
  4. BD Environmental Science
  5. BS Medical Technology 
  6. BS Agricultural Chemistry
  7. BS Food Technology
  8. Chemical Technology
  9. Other Applied Science
Application for the October 2020 Licensure Examination for Chemical Technicians is from July 22 to September 21, 2020.  Requirements are:

  1. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks, “For Board Examination Purposes”; 
  2. College Diploma  
  3. Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO-issued Birth Certificate issued in security paper.  Submit a copy of Birth Certificate from Local Civil Registrar if PSA/NSO copy is not legible; 
  4. Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO-issued Marriage Certificate in security paper.  Submit a copy from Local Civil Registrar if PSA/NSO copy is not legible (for married female applicants); 
  5. Valid NBI Clearance (should not expire on the last day of the examination); 
  6. One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following (valid until the last day of examination): (i) Barangay, (ii) Parish Priest, (iii) Dean of School (iv)Employer
  7. Certification of work experience in a chemical laboratory by a registered chemist (Only for those who have completed less than 30 units of chemistry subjects);
  8. One (1) piece RECENT passport-sized colored picture in plain white background with complete name tag (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name);
  9. Any valid government-issued identification as competent proof of identity;
  10. Documentary stamps with total face value of Php30.00; and
  11. Payment of P600.0 examination fee;
