The Professional Regulation Commission
Cordillera Administrative Region announces that graduates of hereunder courses
are allowed to take the Licensure Examination for Chemical Technicians pursuant
to a Memorandum issued by the Professional Regulatory Board of Chemistry dated
August 19, 2019:
- BS Chemical Engineering
- BS Chemistry
- BS Pharmacy
- BD Environmental Science
- BS Medical Technology
- BS Agricultural Chemistry
- BS Food Technology
- Chemical Technology
- Other Applied Science
Application for the October 2020 Licensure
Examination for Chemical Technicians is from
July 22 to September 21, 2020. Requirements are:
- Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks, “For Board Examination Purposes”;
- College Diploma
- Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO-issued Birth Certificate issued in security paper. Submit a copy of Birth Certificate from Local Civil Registrar if PSA/NSO copy is not legible;
- Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO-issued Marriage Certificate in security paper. Submit a copy from Local Civil Registrar if PSA/NSO copy is not legible (for married female applicants);
- Valid NBI Clearance (should not expire on the last day of the examination);
- One (1) Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following (valid until the last day of examination): (i) Barangay, (ii) Parish Priest, (iii) Dean of School (iv)Employer
- Certification of work experience in a chemical laboratory by a registered chemist (Only for those who have completed less than 30 units of chemistry subjects);
- One (1) piece RECENT passport-sized colored picture in plain white background with complete name tag (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name);
- Any valid government-issued identification as competent proof of identity;
- Documentary stamps with total face value of Php30.00; and
- Payment of P600.0 examination fee;
