PROCEDURE IN THE SHIPPING OF REPORT OF RATING
(Applicable to Examination Passers in Baguio City in 2018 to 2022)
1. The exam passer shall check the availability of Report of Rating at www.prcbaguio.blogspot.com. Email and/or text messages were also sent to Baguio exam passers on the availability of the Report of Rating. THE SHIPPING SERVICE OFFERED IS AT THE OPTION OF THE CLIENT.
2. At the option of the exam passer, he/she shall coordinate with courier service provider in his/her location (JRS Express/W Express/ABest Express, etc.) that offers one-pounder two-way/prepaid pouch (applicable in the Philippines only).
3. The new passer shall insert in the two-way pouch the following requirements:
3.1. Signed request letter with instruction to send via courier
3.2. Photocopy of Professional Identification Card (front portion only) for verification
3.3. Short brown envelope to support the Report of Rating
4. If the request is done through a representative, additional requirements are inserted in the two-way pouch:
4.1. Photocopy of the valid ID card of the representative
4.2. If representative is PRC license holder, Authorization letter; If non-PRC license holder Special Power of Attorney
5. The new passer or representative shall label the two-way pouch as follows:

6. The PRC-CAR shall send the Report of Rating to the address as indicated in the prepaid pouch.
