1. Get an OATH appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph and choose Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking (Status in your transaction will be “TO ATTEND THE FACE-TO-FACE OATHTAKING.” After the oathtaking, it will be tagged as “ATTENDED” if already attended or “NO SHOW” if absent).
2. Print the system-generated Oath Form with QR code as proof of appointment and submit to the PRC personnel at the oath taking venue entrance.

𝗜𝗜𝗜｡ 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘❟ 𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦/𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
1. REGISTRATION OF LICENSE at PRC-CAR Office will start on May 06, 2024. Please have your online appointment first and strictly follow your appointment date. You may also transact with us during our scheduled mobile services in the Cordillera. Present your online system-generated Oath Form with indicated appointment date and payment details and your Notice of Admission.
2. VERIFICATION OF RATINGS can be done online through this link https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification using your Application Number indicated on your Notice of Admission.
3. CERTIFICATIONS OF RATING AND PASSING and AUTHENTICATIONS may be requested even before the oathtaking, so long as you have your appointment. Submit the Order of Payment Form and/or Action Sheet and corresponding document stamps on your appointment date for the processing and issuance of your request.
For lost NOA, and/or with mismatched details (wrong name and date of birth), please proceed personally to the nearest PRC Office for the correction as instructed in the Online Appointment System. Correction should be done first prior to oath appointment and buying tickets.

1. Each HEI will take care of the pre-registration of their passers.

4. Passers will show to their respective HEIs proof that they accomplished the PCAP membership link (screenshots) as requisite for pre-registration.
5. HEIs will issue a provisional receipt for registering passers (the cost of provisional receipt will be reimbursed by the PCAP CAR Treasurer on May 4, 2024).
6. The HEI issues a provisional receipt. HEIs should also have a list of registering passers aside from the receipt.
7. Upon attendance at the Regional oathtaking, the passer will present at the registration booth their deposit slip for them to be issued an official receipt.
8. For the certificate of membership to PCAP and PCAP ID, the passer needs to accomplish a google form. In accomplishing the google form, the passer may use the provisional receipt issued as an attachment for proof of payment.
9. Passers outside their home province or their HEI location may register at any school offering Criminology in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
10. Only passers with PCAP official receipts will be allowed to enter the venue.
