The Professional Regulation Commission is now accepting applications for the July 13 and 14, 2024 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination from March 22 to May 31, 2024.

AGE: Twenty-one (21) years old and above
1. Duly accomplished online system generated Application Form from online.prc.gov.ph with indicated appointment date, reference number of P600.00 Examination Fee, and affixed documentary stamp;
2. Original and photocopy of Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate (if not readable, attach Birth Certificate issued by the Local Civil Registry);
3. Original and photocopy of PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants only); and
4. One (1) colored passport size picture with white background.

WE ENCOURAGE EXAMINEES TO APPLY EARLY. FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS MUST APPLY PERSONALLY AND STRICTLY FOLLOW THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE. REPEATER APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY PERSONALLY UNLESS THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THEIR ONLINE RECORD. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXTENSION OF DEADLINE.
The examinees are warned against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223.
The PRC follows its procedures and processes as enshrined in the PRC Citizenโs Charter. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. The public is hereby directed to report these individuals, entities or groups representing, soliciting, asking money or any consideration, related to PRC transactions, or for facilitating PRC services and any other similar activities to the PRC ARTA Committee at arta@prc.gov.ph or car@prc.gov.ph. The PRC will continuously take measures to protect the public from false information and fake documents provided by any unauthorized individuals, groups or entities.

3. Click SIGN IN for those with EXISTING ACCOUNT
Click REGISTER to CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Complete the required information correctly then click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture in white background
4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION (Examination)
FOR REPEATER EXAMINEES (April 2012 to present): Select EXAMINATION then proceed to payment (No. 6)
5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED APPOINTMENT PLACE, DATE AND TIME
6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:
a. MAYA E-WALLET (includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Gcash)
b. LANDBANK or BANCNET (Payment validation within 2-3 working days)
7. Click PRINT DOCUMENT and PRINTER ICON to print the Examination Application Form
8. Proceed to your APPOINTMENT PLACE ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME to submit the online system-generated form
