The Professional Regulation Commission is now accepting applications for the June 11 and 13, 2024 Architects Licensure Examination from February 23 to April 25, 2024.


𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:


Degree/Course Requirement: Bachelor of Science in Architecture


1. Duly accomplished online system generated Application Form from online.prc.gov.ph with indicated appointment date, reference number of P900.00 Examination Fee, and affixed documentary stamp;

2. Original and photocopy of Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate (if Birth Certificate issued by PSA is not readable, attach Birth Certificate issued by the Local Civil Registry;

3. Original and photocopy of PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants only);

4. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks "For Board Examination Purposes";

5. College Diploma (for First Timer only)

6. PTR, IAPOA number of Architect Mentor (For First Timer only)

7. Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance;

8. Two (2) years of diversified training and experience after graduation;

9. Logbook of Diversified experience;

10. Affidavit of Experience signed and sealed by a registered Architect with updated ID;

11. One (1) passport size colored picture with complete name tag in plain white background; and

12. One (1) window mailing envelope with postage stamp.

The examinees are warned against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223.


The PRC follows its procedures and processes as enshrined in the PRC Citizen’s Charter. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. 2. Read the 𝗪𝗘𝗕𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘'𝗦 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘 first

3. Click 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗜𝗡 for those with 𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗔𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧

>Click 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 to 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧. Complete the required information correctly then click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture in white background

5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬. 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘, 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘.

6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:

7. Click 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 and 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗡 to print the Examination Application Form

8. Proceed to your 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 to submit the online system-generated form

• For 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦, check your online account after seven (7) working days if the status is 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗗/𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘𝗗, then 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧 your Notice of Admission for presentation during the scheduled examination in your testing place

• 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦 with online system-generated application form shall proceed to their appointment place, date and time.
