The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,919 out of 2,835 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination (MTLE) given by the Board of Medical Technology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last January 2021. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
In Baguio City, 264 out of 325 (81.23%) examinees successfully passed the said examination. As per Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058(C) series of 2017, the top performing school in CAR is:

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals from March 03 to 29, 2021. Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card, Certificates of Registration, Passing and Rating will be done online at online.prc.gov.ph or online1.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, Notice of Admission or valid ID (for identification only), two (2) pieces passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete with name tag), and two (2) sets of documentary stamps.
The schedule of the online oathtaking through Microsoft Teams with PRC-CAR as one of the virtual halls is on March 02, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Please secure an online appointment schedule at online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction. Inductees shall wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.
Those who failed to pass the board examination for Medical Technology but had obtained a general rating of at least 70% can register as Medical Laboratory Technician.
