GUIDELINES IN THE CONDUCT OF SPECIAL/INDIVIDUAL OATHTAKING
Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 1130 Series of 2018

SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL/INDIVIDUAL OATHTAKING

Every 20th day of the succeeding month from the date of request, 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  Should the schedule fall on a weekend or non-working holiday, it will automatically be moved to the succeeding working day.

PROCEDURE
Registrant
1.        Apply at https://online.prc.gov.ph or online1.prc.gov.ph and choose appointment schedule.

2.        Pay the prescribed Registration Fee at any of the preferred available modes of payment (PRC Cashier/Land Bank/UCPB/G-Cash).

3.        Proceed to PRC appointment place and on appointment schedule and submit a written request addressed to the Chairman/Chairperson of the Board concerned citing the reason/s for the failure to attend the mass oathtaking.

4.        Receive the written request and advise the registrant to wait for the approval of the request.

5.        Endorse through email all written requests received to the concerned Board/s on the last working day of the month and shall make the necessary follow-up for the approval.

6.        Notify the registrant through email or text and advise him/her on the date, time, and required dress code upon approval of the written request.

7.        Prepare the venue and notify the Administering Officer as deputized by the Board.

8.        Register in the Attendance Sheet and join the special oathtaking by batch.

9.        Administer the oath and sign the Oath Forms and Attendance Sheet. Return the Oath Form to the Registrant.

10.     Wait for the release of the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and sign on the Releasing Logsheet upon receipt of the PIC.


NOTE:

Passers in previous licensure examinations are encouraged to attend/join the mass oathtaking ceremonies whenever available. Written requests shall only be entertained at least one (1) month after the conduct of the mass oathtaking ceremonies in Manila or in the Region. Unless on special cases wherein there is a need to administer the oathtaking (e.g. OFW scheduled to embark), provided that there is a prior approval of the concerned Board after the submission of request and supporting documents.
