Pursuant
to PRC Resolution No. 1130 Series of 2018
SCHEDULE
·
Every 15th and 30th day
of the month; 10:00
AM and 2:00 PM; if it falls on a non-working day, it will automatically
be moved on the succeeding working day
PROCEDURE
1.
The registrant shall register online at
online.prc.gov.ph and choose appointment schedule;
2.
Pay the prescribed Registration Fee at any of
the preferred available modes of payment (PRC Cashier/Land Bank/UCPB/G-Cash);
3.
The registrant shall register at the
Registration Section on his/her appointment schedule, accomplish the Registry
Sheet and submit a written request for special oathtaking addressed to
the Chairman/Chairperson of the Board concerned citing the VALID reason/s for
the failure to attend the mass oathtaking.
Letter shall be submitted to the Head of the Registration Section.
3.1
All requests received from the 25th
day of the preceding month to the 10th day of the current month
shall attend on the 15th day of the current month
3.2
All requests received from the 11th
day to the 24th day of the current month shall attend on the 30th
day of the current month
4.
The Registration Section shall return the
oath form to the registrant and advise to wait for the approval of the
concerned Board. Registry Sheet shall be
maintained by PRC as reference for printing of Professional Identification Card
(PIC);
5.
The Head of the Registration Section shall endorse
and follow-up through email to the concerned Board/s all requests received at
least five (5) working days before the schedule of the special/individual oathtaking.
6.
Upon approval, the Registration Section shall
advise the registrant on the date, time and required dress code.
7.
On the day of special/individual oathtaking:
7.1
The registrant shall register in the
attendance sheet for special oathtaking;
7.2
The Registrantshall join the conduct of
special oathtaking by batch;
7.3
The Registration Section shall prepare the
venue and notify the Administering Officer as deputized by the Board;
7.4
After the special oathtaking, the Administering
Officer shall sign on the oath forms and return to the registrant for their
file;
7.5
The Registration Officer shall inform the
registrant on the time of release of the PIC; and
7.6
The Registrant shall accomplish the Releasing
Log Sheet upon receipt of the Professional Identification Card.

OATHTAKING IS CONDUCTED FREE OF CHARGE BUT IT REQUIRES APPROVAL OF THE CONCERNED
BOARD*
