ONLINE APPLICATION FOR DUPLICATE PROFESSIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD

Starting March 1, 2019, All Applicants Filing for Duplicate Professional Identification Card are advised to set an appointment online thru online.prc.gov.ph or online1.prc.gov.ph. Please be guided.

There may be unscrupulous individuals that name-drop officials and employees of the PRC and the Professional Regulatory Boards for their nefarious activities, please report immediately to car@prc.gov.ph any knowledge of such illegal acts.

For examinees, checking of test papers is computerized and with no human intervention. Test results are final and there is no re-checking or viewing of test papers. (PRC Resolution No. 2004-223)
