SEPTEMBER 2018 TEACHERS EXAMINATION RESULTS RELEASED

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers have released the results of the September 30, 2018 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) given in Hong Kong, Thailand and in 28 testing centers nationwide.

Nationwide, 18,409 elementary teachers out of 90,750 examinees (20.29%) and 60,803 secondary teachers out of 126,582 examinees (48.03%) successfully passed the BLEPT. The results of examination with respect to five (5) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.

In Region 1 and CAR, 2,815 elementary teachers out of 9,729 (28.93%) examinees and 7,812 secondary teachers out of 14,509 (53.84%) successfully passed the examination conducted in the cities of Baguio and Laoag and in Rosales, Pangasinan.

As per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010 with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage, the top performing school is:

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online.  Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.  Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission or valid ID (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. 

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Professional ID Cards (PICs) will be issued during the Oathtaking Ceremonies on January 19, 2019 (Saturday), 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the University of Baguio Cardinals Gymnasium, Assumption Road, Baguio City.

ONLINE PROCEDURE FOR INITIAL REGISTRATION

1.    Log on to online.prc.gov.ph or www.prc.gov.ph

2.    READ STEPS AND PROCEDURES

3.    Sign In to your EXISTING ACCOUNT

4.    Select Initial Registration

5.    Select Preferred Regional Office. Click RESCHEDULE to select new appointment schedule if you wish to change the system-generated schedule. NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED TRANSACTION PLACE

6.    Choose payment option either LANDBANK or PRC CASHIER. If you chose PRC CASHIER, pay only on your appointment date

7.    Screenshot the REFERENCE NUMBER

8.    After payment, SIGN IN to your account again at online.prc.gov.ph

9.    Click EXISTING TRANSACTION

10. Print Oath Form

11. Go to selected PRC Office on appointment date
