Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 4,811
out
of 12,033 or 39.98%
passed the November 2018 Licensure
Examination for Nurses given by the Board of Nursing in various testing centers
nationwide. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004,
results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing
grades is not allowed.
In Baguio, 854
of 1,864 examinees (45.82%)
successfully hurdled the test.

Registration of
license is ongoing. Registrants are required to have their Online Registration
at online.prc.gov.ph,
pay the registration fee through Landbank or PRC
Cashier, and bring the following on your scheduled appointment date and
place:

System-generated Oath Form or Panunumpa ng
Propesyonal;
·
Notice of Admission or Valid ID (for identification only);
·
Two (2) pieces passport-sized pictures
(colored with white background and spelled out name tag (Surname, First Name,
Middle Name); and
·
One (1) documentary stamp.
Successful examinees
should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Professional ID Cards
will be issued during the Oathtaking ceremonies which is scheduled on December 19, 2018 (Wednesday) at
Prince Bernhard Hall, Saint Louis University, Baguio
City.
Non-Baguio
examinees are advised to wait for the official announcement on the schedule of
the oathtaking in their region.
