(𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚)• Renewal of Professional Identification Card (accepts renewal even 11 months prior to expiration)
• Initial Registration for Licensure Examination Passers
• Certifications and Authentication of PRC documents
• Petitions for Change of Name and Correction of Entries
• Application for licensure examinations
• Stateboard Verification
• Release of Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability)
Professionals and aspiring professionals must get an appointment at online.prc.gov.ph.
Clients with online appointment will be served on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED basis.

1. Log on to online.prc.gov.ph
2. Read the 𝗪𝗘𝗕𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘’𝗦 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘 first
3. Click 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗜𝗡 for those with 𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧
Click 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 to 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧. Complete the required information correctly then click 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗜𝗡 (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the
required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture in white background.
4. Click 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (Examination, Initial Registration, Renewal, Duplicate, Certifications (to include Authentications and Stateboard Verifications), Oath

6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:

7. Click 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 and 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗡 to print the form:
Examination → Application Form or Notice of Admission
Initial Registration → Oath Form (with indicated payment details)
Renewal → Application for PIC
Duplicate PIC → Application for PIC
Certification → Order of Payment
Authentication → Action Sheet
8. Proceed to your 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 to submit the online system-generated form
• For 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦, check your online account after seven (7) working days if the status is 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗗/𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘𝗗, then 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧 your Notice of Admission for presentation during the scheduled examination in your testing place
• 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦 with online system-generated application form shall proceed to their appointment place, date and time
• For 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗟, professionals who have accumulated CPD units from 2018 to 2024, please prepare the original and photocopies of certificate/s of training/seminar/conference, etc. and other supporting documents for evaluation. If NONE, please sign the 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 portion of the Application Form.
