The Professional Regulation Commission is now accepting applications for the August 11 and 12, 2024 Psychologists Licensure Examination from May 03 to July 04, 2024.
𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Degree/Course Required: Master's Degree in Psychology
𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧-𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗦
1. Duly accomplished online system generated Application Form from online.prc.gov.ph with indicated appointment date, reference number of P900.00 Examination Fee, and affixed documentary stamp;
2. Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate. If PSA/NSO Birth Certificate is not readable, submit a copy of Birth Certificate from the Local Civil Registry (LCR);
3. Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants);
4. Original and photocopy of Transcription of Records (TOR) for “Master’s Degree in Psychology” with scanned picture and Remarks “FOR BOARD EXAMINATION PURPOSES” - Indicating sufficient credits in the four (4) subjects required by Law:
a. Advanced Theories of Personality
b. Advanced Abnormal Psychology
c. Counselling and Psychotherapy
d. Advanced Psychological Assessment
For the non-psychology degree holders, TOR should show bridging subjects:
a. Developmental Psychology
b. Theories of Personality
c. Abnormal Psychology
d. Industrial-Organizational Psychology
e. Psychological Assessment
f. Social Psychological
5. Certificate of Authentication and Validation (CAV) for those who graduated from Autonomous/Deregulated Schools and TOR without Special Order Number;
6. Valid NBI Clearance (at least 6 months as of the date of filing of the application);
7. Three (3) Certificates of Good Moral Character from any of the following and duly signed under oath by the issuing authority: Barangay, Church, School, Employer
8. Mental Health Certification - signed under oath by a Registered Psychologist/ Psychiatrist;
9. Certification or documentary proof that the applicant has undergone a minimum of two hundred (200) hours of supervised practicum/internship/clinical experience related to services enumerated in Section 3 (b) of RA No. 10029 specifying the institution where this internship training was spent, and the detailed activities or psychological services and number of hours rendered, under the auspices of a licensed psychologist or other licensed mental health professional. This certification must be issued by the Supervising Psychologist under oath;
10. Certificate of Equivalency from CHED Office of Standards & Programs through the Technical Committee for Psychology Education, if applicant:
a. Completed his degree program in Psychology from a school outside the Philippines
b. Completed a seemingly equivalent innovative program approved by CHED but may not have sufficiently met the required PSG for Psychology Education
c. Took subjects with different title but allegedly the same in content as those specified in the IRR
11. One (1) colored passport size picture with white background; and
12. One (1) window mailing envelope with postage stamp

1. Transcription of Records (TOR) for “Master’s Degree in Psychology” with scanned picture and Remarks “For Board Examination Purposes” (First-timers and Repeaters) - Indicating sufficient credits in the four (4) subjects required by Law:
a. Advanced Theories of Personality
b. Advanced Abnormal Psychology
c. Counselling and Psychotherapy
d. Advanced Psychological Assessment
2. Valid NBI Clearance (at least 6 months as of the date of filing of the application)

For the recovery of online account used in your previous online appointment, send your concern to https://crms.prc.gov.ph, click REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE and save your ticket number for future reference.
WE ENCOURAGE EXAMINEES TO APPLY EARLY. FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS MUST APPLY PERSONALLY AND STRICTLY FOLLOW THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE. REPEATER APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY PERSONALLY UNLESS THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THEIR ONLINE RECORD. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXTENSION OF DEADLINE.
The examinees are warned against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223.
The PRC follows its procedures and processes as enshrined in the PRC Citizen’s Charter. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. The public is hereby directed to report these individuals, entities or groups representing, soliciting, asking money or any consideration, related to PRC transactions, or for facilitating PRC services and any other similar activities to the PRC ARTA Committee at arta@prc.gov.ph or car@prc.gov.ph. The PRC will continuously take measures to protect the public from false information and fake documents provided by any unauthorized individuals, groups or entities.

3. Click SIGN IN for those with EXISTING ACCOUNT
Click REGISTER to CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Complete the required information correctly then click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture in white background
4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION (Examination)
For REPEATER EXAMINEES (April 2012 to present), proceed to payment (No. 6)
5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED APPOINTMENT PLACE, DATE AND TIME
6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:
a. MAYA E-WALLET (includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Gcash)
b. LANDBANK or BANCNET (Payment validation within 2-3 working days)
7. Click PRINT DOCUMENT and PRINTER ICON to print the Application Form or Notice of Admission
8. Proceed to your APPOINTMENT PLACE ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME to submit the online system-generated Application Form and requirements
• For REPEATER EXAM APPLICANTS, check your online account after seven (7) working days if the status is COMPLIED/ISSUED, then PRINT your Notice of Admission for presentation during the scheduled examination in your testing place
• REPEATER APPLICANTS with online system-generated application form shall proceed to their appointment place, date and time
