The Professional Regulation Commission is now accepting applications for the August 06 and 07, 2024 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination from May 06 to July 05, 2024.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:

𝘿𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚/𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩:

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology

Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science

Bachelor of Science in Public Health

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧-𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗦:

1. Duly accomplished online system generated Application Form from online.prc.gov.ph with indicated appointment date, reference number of P900.00 Examination Fee, and affixed documentary stamp;

2. Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate. If PSA/NSO Birth Certificate is not readable, submit a copy of Birth Certificate from the Local Civil Registry (LCR);

3. Original and photocopy of PSA/NSO Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants);

4. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and remarks “FOR BOARD EXAMINATION PURPOSES ONLY;” and

5. One (1) passport size colored picture with complete name tag in plain white background.

𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧:

1. After three (3) consecutive failures

2. Certificate of Completion of 12 months Refresher Course issued by the institution or Certificate of Attendance in accredited internship training laboratory signed by the Head of the Laboratory, stating that he/she has completed the rotation in the different sections indicating the length of training

3. The Certificate of Completion of 12 months Refresher Course shall bear the following:

a. Name of the Refresher taker

b. Inclusive date the course was taken

c. Module used and components of the module

d. Name of the school / accredited laboratory

e. Name and signature of the dean of the school / head of the laboratory

Documentary requirements are posted at https://www.prc.gov.ph/list-of-requirements. Step-by-step application procedure is posted at https://online.prc.gov.ph. For the recovery of online account used in your previous online appointment, send your concern to https://crms.prc.gov.ph, click REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE and save your ticket number for future reference.

WE ENCOURAGE EXAMINEES TO APPLY EARLY. FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS MUST APPLY PERSONALLY AND STRICTLY FOLLOW THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE. REPEATER APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY PERSONALLY UNLESS THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THEIR ONLINE RECORD. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXTENSION OF DEADLINE.

The examinees are warned against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. Test results are final and there is 𝗡𝗢 𝗥𝗘-𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗥 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦 pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223.

The PRC follows its procedures and processes as enshrined in the PRC Citizen’s Charter. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. The public is hereby directed to report these individuals, entities or groups representing, soliciting, asking money or any consideration, related to PRC transactions, or for facilitating PRC services and any other similar activities to the PRC ARTA Committee at arta@prc.gov.ph or car@prc.gov.ph. The PRC will continuously take measures to protect the public from false information and fake documents provided by any unauthorized individuals, groups or entities.

1. Log on to online.prc.gov.ph

2. Read the WEBSITE’S USER GUIDE first

3. Click SIGN IN for those with EXISTING ACCOUNT

Click REGISTER to CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Complete the required information correctly then click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture in white background

4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION (Examination)

For REPEATER EXAMINEES (April 2012 to present), proceed to payment (No. 6)

5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED APPOINTMENT PLACE, DATE AND TIME

6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:

a. MAYA E-WALLET (includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Gcash)

b. LANDBANK or BANCNET (Payment validation within 2-3 working days)

7. Click PRINT DOCUMENT and PRINTER ICON to print the Application Form or Notice of Admission

8. Proceed to your APPOINTMENT PLACE ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME to submit the online system-generated Application Form and requirements

• For REPEATER EXAM APPLICANTS, check your online account after seven (7) working days if the status is COMPLIED/ISSUED, then PRINT your Notice of Admission for presentation during the scheduled examination in your testing place

• REPEATER APPLICANTS with online system-generated application form shall proceed to their appointment place, date and time
