The
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional
Teachers will conduct the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers
(LEPT) on September 29, 2019 in Baguio City.
PRC Cordillera Administrative Region is
recruiting eight hundred (800) teachers, professionals, government employees
and baccalaureate degree holders as Proctors/Room Watchers who are NOT in any
way connected with a review center and not related to any LEPT examinee up to
third degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Please bring photocopy of transcript of
records or photocopy of PRC license card (original for presentation only), one
(1) piece passport size picture and duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet for
Room Watchers. Personal Data Sheet Form is downloaded via downloadable forms
found at our regional website (www.prcbaguio.blogspot.com). Interested
applicants must personally submit the accomplished form along with the
necessary documentary requirements at the Examination Section of PRC CAR, 4th
floor Pine Lake View Building, 09 Otek Street corner Benjamin Salvosa Drive,
Rizal Monument, Baguio City.
Deadline
of submission is on September 9, 2019.
