The Regional Office and Service
Centers offer the following services: Application for various Licensure
Examinations, Registration of New Examination Passers, Renewal of Professional
ID Card, Duplicate ID Card, and State Board Verification, Request for DFA
Authentication, Request for Certifications and Authentications.
Clients
are advised to log on to www.online.gov.ph to secure appointments for applications
for examination, initial registration, renewal, duplicate ID, and
certifications (excluding authentications as to date).
