The Professional Regulation Commission
(PRC) announces that 4,326 out of 9,873 or 43.82% passed the June 2018 Licensure
Examination for Nurses given by the Board of Nursing in various testing centers
nationwide. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004,
results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing
grades is not allowed.
In Baguio, 389 of 1,159 examinees (33.56%)
successfully hurdled the test.

2010-547 series of 2010 with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing

Registration
of license is ongoing. Registrants may proceed directly to the PRC Baguio
Office, Robinsons Place Ilocos or Robinsons Place Pangasinan Service Centers with the following:
o
Duly-accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
o
Notice of Admission (for identification only);
o
Any government-issued identification as proof
of identity;
o
Two (2) pieces passport-sized pictures (colored
with white background and spelled out name tag (Surname, First Name, Middle Name);
o
Two (2) documentary stamps; and
o
Payment of P1,050.00
registration and annual fees.
Oathtaking
ceremonies are scheduled every Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at
the PRC Baguio Regional Office.
