The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Baguio Regional Office successfully conducted the Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) in Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag on December 16 and 17, 2012. Three thousand five hundred sixty-eight (3,568) examinees took the NLE in Baguio, one thousand seven hundred forty-four (1,744) examinees in Dagupan, one thousand four hundred five (1,405) examinees in Cabanatuan, and eight hundred fifty (850) in Laoag. A total of seven thousand five hundred sixty-seven (7,567) took the NLE in 4 testing areas supervised by the Baguio Regional Office.
The conduct of NLE was supported by the Cabanatuan City Government through Mayor Julius Cesar V. Vergara and the Laoag City Government through Mayor Michael V. Fariñas.
The Philippine Nurses Association Regional Councils and Provincial Chapters, Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Education, University of Luzon and other colleges and universities in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Regions I and III also extended invaluable support. The PRC Central Office and Area Delegations also were commended for the efficient and honest conduct of the examination in the four testing areas.
