The Professional Regulation Commission is now accepting applications for the April 7,8, 14 and 15, 2024 Physicians Licensure Examination until February 22, 2024.
𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
For Prelims Only (For those enrolled as Medical Student in a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) recognized Medical Schools):
1. Original and photocopy of Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate;
2. Original and photocopy of PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants);
3. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Record (TOR); and
4. Original copy of Good Moral Character from the Dean of College of Medicine

3. Original copy of two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character from any two (2) of the following: (for first timers and repeaters)
a) Medical School where he/she graduated from
b) Hospital / Institution where he/she completed his/her internship
c) Indigenous Community/Parish where he/she belongs
4. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR);
5. Original and photocopy of Diploma of MD Degree or its equivalent; and
6. Original copy of Certificate of Post Graduate Internship issued by a hospital accredited by the Association of Philippine Medical College (APMC).
𝗕. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗢𝗯𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹:

a) Medical School where he/she graduated from (current status)
b) Hospital / Institution where he/she completed his/her internship
c) Previous employment
d) Parish Priest
e) International Police
f) Barangay
4. Original and photocopy of Diploma of MD Degree or equivalent;
5. Original or authenticated copy of the TOR or equivalent document of the course for the licensure examination issued by the institution of higher learning where the applicant graduated;
6. Original copy of Certificate of Equivalency issued by CHED stating that the course taken by the applicant is equivalent to the Doctor of Medicine course offered in Philippine Schools of Medicine; and
7. Original copy of Certificate of Post Graduate Internship issued by a hospital accredited by the Association of Philippine Medical College (APMC) or Certificate of Equivalency issued by CHED.
An examinee who fails for the third time shall be required to submit Certificate of Completion of a refresher course in a recognized medical school or college and current two (2) certificates of Good Moral Character from the Medical School where he/she graduated from and Hospital/Institution where he/she completed his/her internship before he/she shall be allowed to take the examinations.

The examinees are warned against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223.
The PRC follows its procedures and processes as enshrined in the PRC Citizen’s Charter. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. The public is hereby directed to report these individuals, entities or groups representing, soliciting, asking money or any consideration, related to PRC transactions, or for facilitating PRC services and any other similar activities to the PRC ARTA Committee at arta@prc.gov.ph or car@prc.gov.ph. The PRC will continuously take measures to protect the public from false information and fake documents provided by any unauthorized individuals, groups or entities.
