The Professional Regulation Commission Cordillera Administrative Region (PRC-CAR) announces the conduct of mobile outreach service to render the following PRC services:


(𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚)

• Renewal of Professional Identification Card (accepts renewal even 11 months prior to expiration)

• Orientation on the Continuing Professional Development Law

• Initial Registration for Licensure Examination Passers

• Certifications and Authentication of PRC documents

• Petitions for Change of Name and Correction of Entries

• Application for licensure examinations

• Release of Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability)


Professionals and aspiring professionals must get an appointment at online.prc.gov.ph.


Clients with online appointment will be served on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED basis.

1. Log on to online.prc.gov.ph

2. Read the WEBSITE’S USER GUIDE first

3. Click SIGN IN for those with EXISTING ACCOUNT

Click REGISTER to CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Complete the required information correctly then click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture in white background

4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION (Examination)

FOR REPEATER EXAMINEES (April 2012 to present): Select EXAMINATION then proceed to payment (No. 6)

5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED APPOINTMENT PLACE, DATE AND TIME

6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:

a. MAYA E-WALLET (includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Gcash)

b. LANDBANK or BANCNET (Payment validation within 2-3 working days)

7. Click PRINT DOCUMENT and PRINTER ICON to print the Examination Application Form

8. Proceed to your APPOINTMENT PLACE ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME to submit the online system-generated form

• For REPEATER EXAM APPLICANTS, check your online account after seven (7) working days if the status is COMPLIED/ISSUED, then PRINT your Notice of Admission for presentation during the scheduled examination in your testing place

• REPEATER APPLICANTS with online system-generated application form shall proceed to their appointment place, date and time
