The Professional Regulation Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers announces that 23,782 elementary teachers out of 50,593 examinees or 47.01% and 53,995 secondary teachers out of 95,969 examinees or 56.26% successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) given last September 24, 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand and in 40 testing centers all over the Philippines. It is further announced that of the 23,782 elementary teacher passers, 16,716 are first timers and 7,066 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 39,979 passers are first timers and 14,016 are repeaters. The results of examination with respect to three (3) examinees were withheld for further validation of their submitted documents and fourteen (14) examinees were withheld for final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations. The results were released in fifty-five (55) working days after the last day of the examination. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of the examination are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
In Baguio City, 1,549 elementary teachers out of 2,075 examinees or 74.65% and 3,398 secondary teachers out of 5,067 examinees or 67.06% successfully passed the LEPT. As per Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058(C) series of 2017, the Top Performing Schools in CAR are:

After attending the OATH, successful examinees may already register online for the issuance of Professional Identification Card, Certificates of Registration, Passing and Rating at http://online.prc.gov.ph. Those who will register are required to bring the following on their appointment date: downloaded system-generated Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal indicating the appointment date and place, Notice of Admission or valid ID (for identification only), and documentary stamp, Order of Payment and corresponding documentary stamps for certification and authentication requests. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.
