The PRC-Cordillera Administrative Region (PRC-CAR) is recruiting 460 Proctors/Room Watchers for the conduct of the November 11 and 12, 2023 Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE).
Applicants must have baccalaureate degree and are NOT in any way connected with a review center, NOT teaching for tertiary nursing courses, and NOT related to any NLE examinee up to fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity. Moreover, applicants are preferably residents of Baguio-La Trinidad-Itogon-Sablan-Tuba-Tublay areas and must be willing to attend the mandatory orientation.
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
• Duly accomplished PRC Personal Data Sheet for Examination Personnel form with passport-size ID picture, NOT the CSC PDS form.

• Scanned copy of Transcript of Records, or photocopy of PRC Identification Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the Barangay Chairman (required only to applicants who are not yet employed in any office)
• Front picture/scanned copy of Landbank Savings Account (ATM card or passbook) bearing clearly the complete name and account number (blur the information other than the complete name and account number appearing on the card/passbook. Accounts from other banks are not accepted.)

Applicants may also personally submit their documentary requirements to the Examination Section of PRC-CAR at 5th Floor Pine Lake View Building, No. 09 Otek Street corner Benjamin R. Salvosa Drive, Rizal Monument, Baguio City.
Actual service rendered will be compensated with monetary examination allowance. For registered PRC professionals, they are further entitled with two (2) CPD credit units. Volunteers who have already served during the previous licensure examinations need not send the set of requirements, but may just text complete name and confirm availability on said dates to the contact number of Examination Section at 0956 007 2216.
