1. Get an OATH appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph and choose Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking (Status in your transaction will be “TO ATTEND THE FACE-TO-FACE OATHTAKING.” After the oathtaking, it will be tagged as “ATTENDED” if already attended or “NO SHOW” if absent).
2. Print the system-generated Oath Form with QR code as proof of appointment.
3. On 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭❟ 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, please be at the venue before 2:00 PM. Submit the following to the PRC personnel at the venue entrance: Oath Form with QR code and Oathtaking ticket.

1. For oathtaking ticket concerns, please contact PICPA-Baguio-Benguet-Mt. Province Chapter at 0917-590-4026 or 0917-340-2222 or email at picpa.baguio.benguet.chapter@gmail.com.
2. For those who cannot attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking, online/virtual oathtaking will be scheduled after the conduct of all face-to-face mass oathtaking scheduled nationwide. Check this FB Page for future advisories.
𝝞𝝞𝝞. 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝝞𝗦𝗧𝗥𝝖𝗧𝝞𝝤𝝢 𝝤𝗙 𝗟𝝞𝗖𝗘𝝢𝗦𝗘, 𝗥𝝖𝗧𝝞𝝢𝗚𝗦 𝝖𝝢𝗗
𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝝞𝗙𝝞𝗖𝝖𝗧𝝞𝝤𝝢𝗦/𝝖𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗘𝝢𝗧𝝞𝗖𝝖𝗧𝝞𝝤𝝢𝗦
1. Registration of license at PRC-CAR Office will be on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭❟ 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆) immediately after the mass oathtaking. Please have your online appointment after oathtaking ceremony. Your Professional ID Card and the Certificate of Registration will be released on the same day. You may also transact with us during our scheduled mobile services in the Cordillera. Present your online system-generated Oath Form with indicated appointment date and payment and your Notice of Admission.
2. Verify grades/ratings on PRC’s website https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification using your Application Number.
3. CERTIFICATIONS OF RATING AND PASSING and authentications may be requested even before the scheduled mass oathtaking as long as you have your appointment. Submit the Order of Payment Form or Action Sheet and corresponding documentary stamps on your appointment date for the processing and issuance of your request.
For lost NOA, and/or with mismatched details (wrong name and date of birth), please proceed personally to the nearest PRC Office for the correction as instructed in the Online Appointment System. Correction should be done first prior to oath appointment and buying of tickets.
