CONDUCT OF THE OCTOBER 2023 ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS AND ELECTRONICS TECHNICIANS LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the conduct of the October 22 and 23, 2023 Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination (EELE) to 185 examinees, representing 120 males and 65 females, and the October 24, 2023 Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination (ETLE) to 117 examinees, representing 74 males and 43 females, at Skyrise Hotel, Dominican Road, Baguio City.
At the PRC EXAMINATION VENUE, all examinees shall bring the following:
1. Notice of Admission
2. ANY of the following (ALINMAN SA MGA SUMUSUNOD):
a. Original or Photocopy of the complete Vaccination Card/Certificate if fully vaccinated (An individual is considered FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 after a period of at least two (2) weeks from having received the second dose of a 2-dose series; or after a period of two (2) weeks from having received a single-dose vaccine). Last dose should have been administered on or before October 7, 2023 for EELE and October 9, 2023 for ETLE; BOOSTER shot is not required but highly encouraged;
For those vaccinated in Baguio City but lost their vaccination card/certificate, please email baguiovaxcert@gmail.com or call 0930-970-0222 (Smart) or 0916-797-4397 (Globe).
b. Hard copy of the negative RT-PCR test result (NOT Antigen test) if not fully vaccinated, date of collection shall be within 72 hours;
Note, however, that for examinees who recently contracted COVID-19, a Certificate of Completion of Isolation or its equivalent signed by ANY of the following must be submitted:
(a) Government or private licensed physician
(b) Municipal Health Officer, Provincial Health Officer, or City Health Officer
(c) Designated Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) Officer or Barangay Health Worker visiting the residence of the examinee
3. One (1) piece long transparent plastic envelope
4. One (1) piece long brown envelope
5. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
6. Regular ballpens with BLACK ink only. NO USING OF SIGN PEN OR FRICTION PEN.
7. One (1) calculator with the following features only: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, trigonometric functions, hyperbolic and inverse hyperbolic functions, logarithmic (log/In) and exponential (e) functions, whole number or fractional power y of x denoted by xʸ, and polar to rectangular to polar conversions.
8. Packed snacks and meals in TRANSPARENT/CLEAR containers/cellophanes with sufficient drinking water supply as no one will be allowed to go out once inside the examination venue. STRICTLY NO LEAVING OF THE EXAMINATION ROOM EXCEPT FOR RESTROOM NECESSITIES. Have your breakfast as you will only be allowed to eat your lunch during the scheduled break time.
9. Medicine, hygiene and sanitary kits, and related supplies, when necessary
10. With Baguio’s weather condition, examinees and examination personnel are advised to use additional layer of clothing, bring rain gears, and flashlights in case of power outage at the testing venue.
The PRC-CAR will not photocopy or print your compliance documents so please prepare the documents stated in item numbers 1 and 2.
Refer to the program of examination for other things to bring, required attire, allowed and prohibited items.
Transfer to another testing center SHALL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED.
The Commission expresses its gratitude to the officials and staff of the Baguio City Police Office, testing venue and examination personnel for their unwavering support and cooperation.

STATUS QUO ON LIST OF NON-PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS ALLOWED TO BE USED IN LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS
DISALLOWING THE USE OF CASIO CALCULATOR FX-991ES AND FX-991ES PLUS IN THE LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS, AND OTHER SPECIAL RULES ON THE USE OF CALCULATORS DURING THE LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS
The following are NOT also allowed or NO longer required:
1. Bringing of vehicles or motorcycles as no parking space is available
2. Submission of Annexes A, B and C of the JAO No. 2021-01
3. Printed copy of your Official Receipt
4. Metered-stamped window mailing envelope
The PRC further warns the examinees against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. Please report immediately to car@prc.gov.ph any knowledge of such illegal acts. Checking of test papers is computerized and with no human intervention. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223. DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF FIXERS.
