CONDUCT OF THE MARCH 2023 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the conduct of the March 19, 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) in Baguio City to 8,024 examinees. The testing venues are:
ELEMENTARY LEVEL
1 Baguio Central School, Yandoc Street
2 Lucban Elementary School, Magsaysay Avenue
3 Pines City Colleges Magsaysay Avenue
SECONDARY LEVEL
1 Baguio Central University-Bonifacio Campus, Bonifacio Street
2 Baguio City High School, Governor Pack Road
3 Josefa Cariño Elementary School, Yandoc Street
4 University of Baguio (Centennial Building), General Luna Road
5 University of the Cordilleras-Main, Government Pack Road
Examinees coming OUTSIDE of Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba and Tublay shall strictly adhere to the latest entry protocols of Baguio City as posted at Baguio City Public Information Office.
At the PRC EXAMINATION VENUE, all examinees shall bring the following:
1. Notice of Admission
2. Long plastic envelope
3. Long brown envelope
4. No. 2 pencils
5. Black ballpens
6. Packed snacks and meals with sufficient drinking water supply as no one will be allowed to go out once inside the examination venue
7. Medicine, hygiene and sanitary kits, and related supplies, when necessary
Refer to the program of examination for other things to bring, required attire, allowed and prohibited items.
Transfer to another testing center SHALL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED.
With Baguio’s weather condition, examinees and examination personnel are advised to use additional layer of clothing, bring rain gears, and flashlights in case of power outage at the testing venue.
The Commission expresses its gratitude to the officials and staff of the Baguio City Police Office, schools as testing venues and examination personnel for their unwavering support and cooperation.

The following are NOT also allowed or NO longer required:
1. No bringing of vehicles or motorcycles as no parking space is available
2. Annexes A, B and C will not be required
3. Mailing envelopes are not required
4. No need to print the electronic copy of your Official Receipt
The PRC further warns the examinees against dealing with individuals or entities claiming to be connected with the PRC, or using the name of its officials, personnel, and/or members of the Professional Regulatory Boards, either by presenting fake calling cards and other identification cards, including the use of its official logos, for personal or financial gain, to facilitate and/or process the application and/or release of various PRC documents, or in promising examinees to pass the licensure examination. The PRC disclaims all representations which are purportedly extended by these unscrupulous individuals. Please report immediately to car@prc.gov.ph any knowledge of such illegal acts. Checking of test papers is computerized and with no human intervention. Test results are final and there is NO RE-CHECKING OR VIEWING OF TEST PAPERS pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223. DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF FIXERS.
