RESULTS OF THE OCTOBER 2022 CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS LICENSURE EXAMINATION


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,722 out of 6,665 examinees or 25.84% passed the Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination (CPALE) given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this October 2022. The results of the examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld as per Board Resolution No. 57 and 58 dated October 26, 2022. The results were released after eight (8) working days from the last day of the examination. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examination are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.

In Baguio City, 122 out of 618 examinees or 19.74% successfully passed the CPALE.

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Certified Public Accountants will be held on December 05, 2022, 01:00 P.M., at the Plenary Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Vicente Sotto St., Pasay City. All successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register at least one (1) day before the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. Please note that the confirmation slots are only for those who will be attending the face-to-face oathtaking. Also, kindly accomplish the Confirmation of Attendance sheet given during the ticket selling to be submitted on the oathtaking day. Further, inductees shall wear formal or business attire and bring ANY of the following:
• Vaccination Card
• Negative RT-PCR results taken within 48 hours before the oathtaking
• Antigen Test results taken within 12 hours before the oathtaking

Those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may request for a special oathtaking.

After attending the OATH, successful examinees may now register online for the issuance of Professional Identification Card, Certificates of Registration, Passing and Rating at http://online.prc.gov.ph. Those who will register are required to bring the following on their appointment date: downloaded system-generated Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, Notice of Admission or valid ID (for identification only), and documentary stamp, Order of Payment and corresponding documentary stamps for certification and authentication requests. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals from December 6 to 15, 2022.
