 CONDUCT OF THE NOVEMBER 2022 CIVIL ENGINEERS LICENSURE EXAMINATION

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the conduct of the November 19 and 20, 2022 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) in Baguio City to 2,395 examinees. The testing venues are:

1. Baguio City High School – Governor Pack Road
2. Baguio Central School – Yandoc Street
3. Josefa Cariño Elementary School – Yandoc Street

Examinees coming OUTSIDE of Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba and Tublay shall strictly adhere to the latest entry protocols of Baguio City as posted Baguio City Public Information Office.

At the PRC EXAMINATION VENUE, all examinees shall present and submit the following:

1. Notice of Admission;
2. ANY of the following (ALINMAN SA MGA SUMUSUNOD):
a. Photocopy of the complete Vaccination Card/Certificate if fully vaccinated (An individual is considered FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 after a period of at least two (2) weeks from having received the second dose of a 2-dose series; or after a period of two (2) weeks from having received a single-dose vaccine). Last dose should have been administered on or before November 4, 2022; OR
b. Hard copy of the negative RT-PCR test result (NOT Antigen test), date of collection shall be within the period November 14 to 18, 2022; OR
c. Original copy of the Certificate of Mandatory Quarantine for 14 days that shall end within the period November 14 to 18, 2022, or its equivalent signed by any of the following: Any government or private physician, or barangay officer visiting the examinee’s residence attesting that he/she has been in quarantine for 14 days.

3. Duly accomplished Informed Consent Form and Health Declaration Checklist (Annexes A and B of PRC-DOH-PNP Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-01 downloadable at www.prc.gov.ph).

The PRC-CAR will not photocopy or print your compliance documents so please prepare the documents stated in item numbers 1, 2 and 3.

Refer to the program of examination for other things to bring, uniform, allowed and prohibited items.

Examinees shall submit the Post Examination Health Surveillance Form (Annex C of the PRC-DOH-PNP Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-01) to car.examination@prc.gov.ph 15 days after the examination or on December 5, 2022.

In the event of failure to take the November 2022 CELE, examinees may submit a written request with the required supporting documents on or before November 27, 2022, and shall be allowed to take the immediately succeeding CELE subject to the following valid reasons:
a. For health-related reasons – shall be supported with a medical certificate;
b. For quarantine-related travel restrictions – shall be supported with an official certificate of border/travel restrictions issued by the concerned local government unit.

The written request and supporting documents shall be submitted through email at car.application@prc.gov.ph or car@prc.gov.ph. Said examinees are advised to keep their Notice of Admission for use during the next examination.

Examinees and examination personnel are reminded to strictly observe the minimum health standards set in the PRC-DOH-PNP Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-01 dated July 28, 2021 for everyone’s safety, and to immediately go home after the conduct of the examination. With Baguio’s weather condition, examinees and examination personnel are advised to use additional layer of clothing, bring rain gears, and flashlights in case of power outage at the testing venue. Examinees are also required to bring packed meals/snacks and sufficient drinking water supply as no one is allowed to go out once inside the examination venue. Concerned examinees are also herein reminded to bring medicine and hygiene kits, and related supplies, when necessary.
