The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers will conduct the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) on September 25, 2016 in Baguio City.
The PRC Baguio Regional Office is recruiting 800 teachers, professionals, government employees and college graduates of any course as Proctors/Room Watchers who are NOT in any way connected with a review center and not related to any BLEPT examinee up to third degree of consaguinity or affinity.
Personal Data Sheet Form can be downloaded via downloadable forms found at our regional website (www.prcbaguio.blogspot.com) Interested applicants must personally submit the accomplished form along with the necessary documentary requirements at the Examination Section of PRC Baguio Regional Office.
