The Professional
Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 6,183 out of 14,184 or 44% passed
the June 2016 Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) given by the Board of Nursing in
various testing centers nationwide. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223
dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for
reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
In Baguio, 819 of 2,171
examinees (38%) successfully hurdled the test. Successful examinees in Baguio who

Duly accomplished Oath Form (to be
distributed during the mobile outreach);

2016 Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
·
Two (2) pieces passport-size picture with
white background and spelled out nametag (Surname, Firstname, Middlename); and
·
One (1) documentary stamp; and
·
Initial Registration Fee of P1,050.00
Professional ID Cards
(PICs), Official Reports of Ratings and requested Certifications (Passing and
Ratings) will be issued during the Oathtaking ceremonies which shall be ANNOUNCED
LATER. Those who cannot attend the mass oathtaking ceremonies may join the free
mass oathtaking every Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 AM at the PRC Baguio Regional
Office.
