The Board
for Professional Teachers and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
Baguio Regional Office successfully conducted the recent Board Licensure
Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) in the cities of Baguio, and Laoag
and Rosales, Pangasinan on September 27.
A total of
14,487 examinees took the BLEPT in three (3) areas supervised by the Baguio
Regional Office. Administered to 10,171
in Baguio, 1,339 in Laoag, 2,977 in Rosales, the
BLEPT is the biggest licensure examination coordinated by the Baguio Regional
Office.
The
conduct of BLEPT is supported by Ilocos Norte Provincial Government through
Governor Imee Marcos and Laoag City Government through Mayor Chevylle V. Fariñas
for Laoag BLEPT; Abono Party List Representative Conrado M. Estrella III and
Mayor Susan Pagador Casareno for Rosales, Pangasinan BLEPT; the Philippine
National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Education, and
various colleges/universities.
PRC
Regional Director Teofilo Gaius M. Sison, Jr. said the exam results will be
released after 45 working days.
Examinees can verify their grades/ratings at www.prc.gov.ph by clicking Online Verification
of Ratings (OVR), using their Application Number.
