Requirements:
1. Photocopy of latest PRC ID.
2. One (1) passport-size picture in plain white background and complete name-tag
(photo-shoot to be done by an authorized service provider on-site).
3. Payment for renewal fee (based on year last paid).
4. Additional payment of P450.00 for ID express.
Procedure:
- Renewal applications shall be received on June 5, 2014 (Thursday), from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Processing of applications and printing of ID cards will be done on June 6, 2014 (Friday).
- PRC ID cards will be released/ issued at BCC on June 7, 2015 (Saturday).
NOTE: Express ID printing is not applicable to renewal transactions that require updating/correction in the database such as- Petition for correction of name, date of birth and change of status/name due to marriage, and other problems affecting the validity of the professional’s license.
