The Board
for Professional Teachers and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
Baguio Regional Office successfully conducted the recent Licensure Examination for
Teachers (LET) in Baguio, Laoag and Rosales, Pangasinan on September 29.
A total of twelve thousand three hundred thirty-nine
(12,339) took the LET in three (3) areas supervised by the Baguio Regional
Office. Administered to seven thousand one hundred eighty-nine
(7,189) in Baguio, one thousand two hundred fifty-eight (1,258) in Laoag, and three
thousand eight hundred ninety-two (3,892) in Rosales, the LET is the
biggest licensure examinations coordinated by the Regional Office.
The conduct of LET is supported by Laoag City
Government through Mayor Chevylle V. Fariñas for Laoag LET; Abono Party List
Representative Conrado M. Estrella III and Mayor Susan Pagador Casareno for Rosales,
Pangasinan LET; the Philippine National Police, National Bureau of
Investigation, Department of Education, and colleges/universities.
PRC Regional Director Teofilo Gaius M. Sison,
Jr. the exam results will be released after 40 working days. Examinees can
verify their grades/ratings at www.prc.gov.ph
by clicking Online Verification
of Ratings (OVR).
