The
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Baguio Regional Office successfully conducted
the recent Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) in the cities of Baguio, Dagupan,
Cabanatuan and Laoag on June 2 and 3, 2013. There were three thousand seven hundred
thirty-eight (3,738) examinees in Baguio, one thousand
three hundred six (1,306) examinees in Dagupan, one thousand
forty-six (1,046) examinees in Cabanatuan, and six
hundred twenty-five (625) in Laoag. A total
of six thousand seven hundred fifteen (6,715) took the NLE in 4 areas supervised
by the Baguio Regional Office.
The conduct of NLE is supported by the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) Regional councils and their local chapters in CAR, Regions I and III, Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, Department of Education, and colleges/universities concerned also extended assistance.
PRC Regional Director Teofilo Gaius M. Sison Jr. commended the PNA, Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, DepEd, media outfits, various colleges and universities, PRC Central Office and Area Delegations for the efficient and honest conduct of the examination.
The results of the NLE are estimated to be released after 40 working days.
