Paid Through Online (2010 and above Examinations)
1. Present Order of Payment and Valid PRC ID for checking at the Public Assistance and
Complaints Desk (PACD)
2. Submit all documents at Counter 2 for processing and wait for the release at the same
counter.
1. Have your PRC Document/s for DFA Apostille authenticated.
2. Submit authenticated copies of PRC documents including the Envelope for
DFA Apostille at Counter 2.
PRC Documents for Apostille:
a. Certificate of Passing (CP)
b. Certificate of Board Ratings (BR)
c. Official Report of Ratings (ORR)
d. Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) - must indicate an unexpired validity date
f. Professional Identification Card (PIC) - must be valid and with signature at the back
g. Certificate of Registration (COR) / Board Certificate (BC)
3. Receive the sealed PRC envelope and bring it personally to DFA for Apostille.
- Valid/unexpired Professional Identification Card (PIC); If expired, for renewal of PIC;
- Original and photocopy of PIC/ Board Certificate (BC) to be authenticated;
- Payment of certification/authentication fee – Php75.00 per copy; and
- P40.00 worth of documentary stamp per copy.

Click REGISTER to CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Complete the
required information correctly then click SIGN
IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time
Password (OTP), copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload 2x2 ID picture
in white background
4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION (Certifications(to include Authentications)
5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME DAY

8. Proceed to your APPOINTMENT PLACE ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME to submit the online system-generated form
