ONLINE PROCEDURE

1. Log on to online.prc.gov.ph
2. Read the WEBSITE'S USER GUIDE first
3. Click SIGN IN for those with EXISTING ACCOUNT. Click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email account, copy the OTP to log in to your account), complete the required information, save and upload recent 2x2 photo in white background
4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION (Examination, Registration of Passers, Renewal, Duplicate, Certifications (to include Authentications and State Board Verifications), Oath, ASEAN Professional, Petition)
- For REPEATER EXAMINEES (April 2012 to present): Select EXAMINATION then proceed to payment (No. 6)
- For PETITION FOR UPDATING OF PROFESSIONAL DATA/RECORD, upload the documentary requirements. Pay the required fee and wait for the status to be sent to your declared email address (end of transaction)
5. Select preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED APPOINTMENT PLACE, DATE AND TIME.
6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment:
- MAYA E-WALLET (includes GCash, QR PH, Credit Card and Debit Card)
- LANDBANK or BANCNET (payment validation within 2-3 working days
7. Click PRINT DOCUMENT to save and download the form; PRINTER ICON to print if needed:
- Duplicate PIC → Application for PIC
8. Proceed to your APPOINTMENT PLACE ON YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME to submit online system-generated form.
- For REPEATER EXAM APPLICANTS, check your online account within seven (7) working days if the status is COMPLIED/ISSUED, then PRINT your Notice of Admission for presentation during the scheduled examination at your testing venue.
- REPEATER APPLICANTS WITH ONLINE SYSTEM-GENERATED APPLICATION FORM shall proceed to the appointment place, date and time.
- For RENEWAL, professionals with accumulated CPD units from 2022 to 2024, please prepare the original and photocopies of the certificates of training/seminar/conference, etc. and other supporting documents for evaluation if these are not included in your CPDAS account. If NONE, it will be automatically treated as Undertaking. For OFWs, please present Work Contract or Certificate of Employment or Employment Identification.

CERTIFICATE OF PASSING (CP) / CERTIFICATE OF BOARD RATINGS (BR)
REQUIREMENTS- Valid Professional Identification Card (PIC); If expired, for renewal of PIC; Authorization Letter of the examinee/professional and any valid proof of identity if requested or claimed through a representative.
- Original and photocopy of PRC documents to be authenticated
- Two (2) pieces of documentary stamps per copy
- Duly accomplished Request Form and any valid identification card (for examinees who failed)
- Other requirements stated above pursuant to Office Memorandum No. 2004-07 s. 2004
- Php75.00 Certification Fee per copy
- Note: Scanned copies of the required documents from Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) will be accepted, provided visa, working permit, or certificate of employment is presented.
For Representatives (Additional Requirements):
a. PRC card holder representative: Originally signed authorization letter, photocopy of the PRC license card, and photocopy of the representative’s valid PRC license card.
b. For non-PRC cardholder representative: Originally signed Special Power of Attorney duly executed; photocopy of the applicant's PRC Professional Identification Card; and photocopy of the representative's government-issued ID.

1. Secure Request Form from the Officer-of-the-Day at the Public Assistance and
Complaints Desk (PACD).

- For Authentication - Updated PIC, Original and photocopy of Certification of Passing or Failure or Board Ratings to be authenticated
2. Present Request Form and other required documents at Counter 4 (Cashier) and

Paid Through Online (2010 and above Examinations)
1. Present Order of Payment and Valid PRC ID for checking at the Public Assistance and
Complaints Desk (PACD)
2. Submit all documents at Counter 2 for processing and wait for the release at the same
counter.
DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (DFA) APOSTILLE
1. Have your PRC Document/s for DFA Apostille authenticated.
2. Submit authenticated copies of PRC documents including the Envelope for
DFA Apostille at Counter 2.
PRC Documents for Apostille:
a. Certificate of Passing (CP)
b. Certificate of Board Ratings (BR)
c. Official Report of Ratings (ORR)
d. Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) - must indicate an unexpired validity date
f. Professional Identification Card (PIC) - must be valid and with signature at the back
g. Certificate of Registration (COR) / Board Certificate (BC)
3. Receive the sealed PRC envelope and bring it personally to DFA for Apostille.
Registered professionals in good standing and with no pending legal/administrative case (pursuant to Regional Office Order No. BAG-2012-25).
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid/unexpired Professional Identification Card (PIC); If expired, for renewal of PIC;
- Original and photocopy of PIC/ Board Certificate (BC) to be authenticated;
- Payment of certification/authentication fee – Php75.00 per copy; and
- P40.00 worth of documentary stamp per copy.
